The Fleschler Firm, LLC’s name can be traced to Sammy Fleschler, CPA and the predecessor firm that he founded, The Fleschler CPA Firm, PLLC.  Sammy’s presence in the Houston marketplace has spanned almost 50 years and he has worked with many of his clients across multiple generations.  After years of service excellence to his clients, Sammy decided to pull back and hand over the leadership of his firm to the next generation of practitioners.

Juan Macias, MBA, EA is a tax and advisory executive with 15+ years of diverse experience, including 10+ with the Internal Revenue Service. He serves business clients with end-to-end compliance, tax planning, ASC 740 provision, audit defense, and monthly-close design. Juan led taxpayer and representative conferences, planned and executed large-case examinations across C-corporations, flow-through entities, and high-net-worth individuals returns, delivered multi-million dollar adjustments with top-tier sustain rates, and served in alleged-fraud matters coordinating with Counsel and specialists when warranted. His industry experience includes Software, Technology, Professional Services, Public Accounting, and a broad range of sectors encountered through IRS examinations and client advisory work.

Jason Grant, CPA, FMVA is an accomplished business and financial executive with nearly 25 years of diverse experience in corporate development, mergers and acquisitions, strategic finance, and operational leadership.  His clients have included publicly-traded and private enterprises ranging from start-ups to the Fortune 100.  Jason has advised corporations, private equity firms, and boards on high-impact deals—ranging from $4M platform acquisitions to $80M strategic transactions—while implementing systems and processes that drive value creation and mitigate risk.  His industry experience includes Construction, Defense Contracting, Distribution, Food Service, Healthcare, IT Managed Services, Manufacturing, Public Accounting, Real Estate, Staffing, and Telecommunications.
